Cancellation Policy

Payment Payment must be made in advance, at the latest on the first day of class before the tariff begins. Postponing Your Package Sessions If you cannot attend, you can postpone your own package sessions to a later date within the current course term. This is only possible if you notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance. The number of sessions you can postpone depends on your tariff: 4x2 Tariff: You can postpone 1 session 8x2 Tariff: You can postpone 2 sessions 12x2 Tariff: You can postpone 3 sessions 16x2 Tariff: You can postpone 4 sessions Withdrawal A withdrawal of the tariff must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the course start date. Please note that once the course has officially begun, a refund of the tariff fee is not possible.
